Traditional Spanish Tuna with Onion - El Rey de Oros
One of the quintessential stews of Barbate following the traditional recipe of our ancestors.
Heat and serve. Nothing else is needed, except for dipping bread.
INGREDIENTS: Yellowfin Tuna (Thunnus albacares), olive oil, onion, paprika, vinegar and salt.
ALLERGENS: Fish and fish-based products (Tuna). May contain crustaceans, mollusks, milk, and tree nuts.
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated (0º-5ºC) for a maximum of 3 days.
