Tuna in Lard Jar - El Rey de Oros, Traditional Cádiz Recipe
It is one of the most typical tuna recipes from Cádiz.
For consumption, only cold, just spread the white lard on any bread or toast and add tuna to taste.
INGREDIENTS: Yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares), pork fat, white wine, garlic, salt, and spices.
ALLERGENS: Fish and fish-based products (Tuna), may contain crustaceans, mollusks, milk, and tree nuts.
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate (0º-5ºC) and consume within 3 days.
