Through its website www.productosdealmadraba.com Productos de Almadraba, S.L. delivers orders only to mainland Spain. Shipments will be made through transport companies and the system of the buyer’s choice, from those available on the website. For other destinations, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping costs are calculated when you place your order, once you have completed your shopping cart and selected the quantity of each product. This quantity will vary according to weight, destination and the need for chilling.
For orders for mainland Spain, shipping is free if the total value of the products in the cart is at least 100 euros (VAT included).
The products we offer need to be prepared in advance, therefore below are the timescales in which the order will be dispatched, taking into account the day of the week and the time of the day and the time of purchase:
- Orders for SALTED/CURED PRODUCTS AND CANNED GOODS orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (working days). For orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 12.00 noon, the delivery time will be 24 hours.
- Orders containing DEEP FROZEN GOODS are shipped on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (except holidays), with a delivery time of 24 hours. Orders for DEEP FROZEN products placed after 12.00 noon on Wednesdays onwards will be dispatched the following week.
Delivery times are calculated from the moment the order leaves our warehouse and we will notify you by email.
The carrier makes deliveries in the morning (from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.)
For orders of FRESH GADIRA TUNA and DEEP FROZEN GOODS, the day of shipment may be subject to change depending on transport deliveries in order to guarantee the optimum conservation system for the product.
In the case of payment by bank transfer or direct debit, the delivery times start from when we receive payment.
For reasons beyond our control, such as force majeure due to traffic, bad weather, strikes, etc., we cannot guarantee these delivery times and Productos de Almadraba, S.L. cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery.
