Salt-Cured bluefin tuna
A highly prized delicacy as an appetizer. Also used in gastronomy as a sea flavor enhancer, grated, in slices, or flakes.
INGREDIENTS: Wild Red Tuna Heart from Almadraba (Thunnus Thynnus) and salt.
ALLERGENS: Fish and fish-based products (Tuna).
Store at 0º-5ºC. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume as soon as possible.
