Deep-frozen bluefin tuna
It is cured in a process similar to mojama but much juicier in texture.
It pairs very well with vegetables with acidic touches (eggplant, tomato...)
INGREDIENTS: Little tunny (Euthynnus alletteratus) and salt.
ALLERGENS: Fish and fish-based products (Little tunny)
Store at a temperature of 0º-5ºC. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume as soon as possible.
