Tiene ese sabor que la caracteriza pero lo que no me gustaba algunas veces de estos p productos era que normalmente eran demasiados secos también evidentemente deja tiempo de curación etc... pero esta me encantó desde el primer día, estå en su punto justo y con un sabor magnífico.
